CIVIL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

Carters is currently looking for a Civil Litigation Associate with three to eight years of experience to service our Toronto practice located at 67 Yonge Street, Suite 1402, Toronto ON. Experience in general corporate/commercial litigation is fundamental, and other areas such as charities and estate litigation would be an asset. Strong drafting and research skills, along with substantive court experience, including motions and trial experience are essential. 

CORPORATE LAW CLERK

Carters is looking for a Corporate Law Clerk to work out of our Orangeville office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting legal operations through the preparation of documentation, managing government filings via the CRA portal, coordinating with clients and legal staff, and maintaining efficient document and calendar management systems. The position demands a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Applicants should ideally hold a law clerk certificate or diploma and possess at least 3 years of corporate law experience. Familiarity with charitable or not-for-profit clients and knowledge of Soluno software are considered assets.
